Short-notice appointments: Your patients will receive appointments at short notice for ENT examinations for issues such as impaired nasal breathing, hearing loss, ethmoid sinusitis, vestibular examinations, etc. In emergencies, we will provide an appointment for clarification at short notice (within hours).
Feedback: Written and, if necessary, telephone feedback with agreement on further treatment measures is a matter of course. We can also send the documents electronically encrypted in a timely manner on request, if possible on the same day.
Quick info: Prof. Maassen is usually available for telephone case consultations with physicians Tue-Thu from 12-13 h via a direct dial number (please inquire).
Second-opinion: for particularly difficult issues, we offer our partner doctors the opportunity to draw on our network of experts. If necessary, internationally recognized specialists are consulted via our network.
